Payment term = Lc at sight or 100% ADVANCE.
Quantity = Minimum 1000 mt.
Delivery = with in 3 weeks of vessel cut off

PROCEDURES:
1.Buyer issues an irrevocable corporate purchase order (ICPO) with full banking details
and soft probe permission.
2. Seller issues P1 to the buyer.
3. The buyer wills personally sign and seals the P1 and returns it to the seller.
4. Buyer will issue clean LC at sight.
